1. What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discovery, Stripe and COD.

2. What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please notify us about the problem by email support@domilor.com. We can manage the order manually.

3. Can I track my order? We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent or you can track the order at the link at our website.

4. Shipping time?
Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document. In US, shipping will take 3-15 days to arrive. Rest of the world, it will take 10-20 days.

5. Shipping cost?
Shipping costs are dependent on your location. It costs 4.99$ in the US and rest of the world is 7.99$

6. Can I change the shipping address after I made an order?
You can change shiping address when your order has NOT been shipped yet. Please contact us ASAP make a change, we will try our best.
