We process all orders within 1 - 3 days.

Standard USA Shipping Times: 3-15 business days (cost 4.99$ for one item and free for additional items shipped domestic)

Worldwide Shipping Times: 10-20 business days (cost: $7.99$ for the first item and free for each additional product to the rest of the world.)

In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment processing times may be delayed.

We will send you an email to inform the tracking code and expected date arrival.

In case the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or no one is available to receive the goods, we will contact you by phone and email to remind you so that we can work with the shipping unit to deliver the goods to you again. In case we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and if you want to receive them, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
