RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are quick, competitively priced, and have a great customer service team. We suggest offering customers a full refund on all returned merchandise so long as it meets the requirements of your return policy.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Send us an email with your order number and the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.

2. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email from us.

3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of when the return was dropped off at return drop off location.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to post to your bank account. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle.

Will I be refunded for the shipping fee?

No, we do not refund the shipping fee.

How long does an exchange take?

We want to get you the correct size as quickly as possible, we’ll ship out your exchange as soon as our shipping company has confirmed your original item is in transit back to us!

Can I exchange for a different product?

We only offer exchanges on the same product in a different size at this time.

How many days do I have to return?

We offer free returns within 30 days of your delivery.
